Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We'll confirm acceptance when we dispatch your order. Please check your items and options carefully before you order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if there's a pricing error — and will refund any payment taken.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We take payment securely at checkout. We try to keep prices and product information accurate, but errors can occur; where we spot one we'll let you know before processing your order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so; otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of your order.
