Quick answers
How do I know which shade to pick?
Send us a photo of your hair in daylight and we'll match it free of charge. Screens shift colour, so we'd rather match it by eye than let you guess.
How many pieces do I need?
One piece adds length and a little volume. Three is our most popular — a full, thick look. Five and eight piece sets are for a whole new head of hair, or very fine hair that needs building up.
Can I heat-style them?
Yes — up to 160°C. Never blow-dry synthetic fibre, and let the hair cool fully before you brush it through.
When will my order arrive?
Order before 3pm Monday to Friday and it's posted the same afternoon on a next working day service. Free UK delivery when you spend £50.
What if it's the wrong shade?
Message us within 14 days with the hair unused and unopened and we'll swap it. If we matched you and got it wrong, we cover the postage both ways.
