Shipping & Returns

You have 28 days to decide if you want to return your order. Items being returned must still have all tags attached, if the tags have been removed it becomes non-returnable. Please be careful when trying on garments as stained items cannot be returned. Hair extensions must not be taken them out of the original packaging if you wish to return them (they arrive in clear see-through packaging); unfortunately if they have been opened we will be unable to accept your return for hygiene reasons.

We are not able to offer a direct exchange service for any items; please return your items to us for a refund and place a new order online for any replacement items.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

In the interest of hygiene and in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations we do not offer refunds hair extensions once they have been opened, unless they are faulty or hair extensions that have been opened. All returns must be unworn and in their original packaging otherwise we may not be able to process your refund.

To process a return, please include a note with your order number when you return the parcel. We recommend you obtain proof of postage or tracking when returning your goods.

Our team will contact you to confirm safe recript of your return. Refunds will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase within 5 days after we receive your return.

WHY HASN'T MY RETURN BEEN PROCESSED?

In the unlikely event that you don't receive an exchange or refund within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. You can contact our team on help@krystelliefashion.com

If you have returned your parcel using Recorded Delivery or another service that can be tracked, please give us the reference number when you contact us.

Please note some items may go out of stock, if this happens we will contact you to see if you would like to exchange if we dont receive a reply in 7 working days we will refund the money back into your account.

We use Royal Mail tracked 24, tracked 48 servicess, Special Delivery by 1pm, Saturday Special Delivery.

We also use Interlink Express for Next day parcel delivery, Please be aware we DO NOT ship orders using Interlink Express for the following postcodes;

All items must be ordered by 4:30pm to be shipped the same day. Any items order after 4:30pm will be shipped out the following working day. You will recieve a tracker number by email which you can track on the Royal Mail track and trace site.

Offices hours are Monday - Friday 9:30am - 4:30pm.
